Introduction

By Frank J Potter

To start with I want you to know there is only one object that this Website is aiming toward and that is to bring Salvation to God’s people.

Also, contrary to what many Christians believe, this Website is based on the fact that God has convinced Frank J Potter that he is Jesus.  Many false beliefs concerning the Bible must be discarded or converted.  Many of the errors have been brought about because the work of the Holy Spirit that Jesus promised in John 16:8-13 and were presented in the Bible by Paul have been grossly ignored by theologians.  Read Rom. 16:25-26 plus Ephesians, Philippians & Colossians to get started.  Here are some of the prime areas of misunderstanding.

  1. We shall not all die, but those who are alive when Christ comes (that is now) will never die.  Jesus told that to Martha in John 11:25-26, but she did not understand it.  Paul explained it to the people in First Thessalonians Chapter 4.  Do you understand it, also?  Look at 1Cor. 15:51-54.  What Paul describes here will happen soon.
  2. Deceased Christians are either “asleep in Jesus” (1st Thes. 4: 13-14) or “dead in Christ” (1st. Thes. 4:16.).  The difference is caused by the absence or presence of ties to the world.  Those ties could be physical, mental, and contractual and in many cases legal.  Ideally there should be no ties of any sort connecting Christians or their Churches to the world!  This is very important and most church leaders ignore it.
  3. Paul knew that Christ would be here on earth prior to “The day of the Lord” that will begin when the “falling away” of 2nd Thes. 2:3 occurs.  This can be proven by comparing Phil. 1:10 with 1:6 and applying 2nd Thes. 2:2 to 2:1 not to 2:3.
  4. Christ needed only one acknowledgment of his true identity and Peter gave him that in Matthew 16:16.  Read Appendix 10 on the number “2” in that Article in this Website.  And Maybelle Ellis, on January 24, 2004 acknowledged me to be Christ.  If you cannot believe that you are committing the sin Jesus spoke of in John 16:8-9.  Her acknowledgement initiated what Paul called “The day of Christ” in Phil. 1:10; 2:16 and 2nd Thes. 2:2.  This world has been in “the day of Christ” for over a year and a half now.  And it will last until it blends into the day described by 1st Thes. 4:16.
  5. The “day of Jesus Christ” and other similarly named days including the “day” mentioned in 2nd Thes. 2:3 all refer to the Day that Christ returns visibly as described in 1st Th. 4:13-17.  That will be the day which will occur at the end of the Tribulation.  It is also the day predicted in Isaiah 40:5.
  6. God’s or Christ’s Kingdom is predicated on the fact that there will be no connection of any kind between it and what is commonly called “The State”!  That includes the United States and any and all other countries existing on the surface of this earth.  Contact The Embassy of Heaven Church in Stayton, Oregon and ask for a copy of “Christian Patriotism" if you want to understand what this is all about.

The following Articles of this Website will serve to explain to the reader exactly “What is the Day of the Lord”; how my life can be compared to that of Moses; “Who is Jesus” and what must be done to obtain the Salvation that the Bible promises to every believing Christian.  There has been an important change in Salvation requirements.  Be sure to check and complete its requirements.  If you fail here I guarantee you will go through the Tribulation.

In closing this article, I recommend that the reader print out all the Articles presented in this Website and study the message presented. And the reader should also buy or have available a copy of "The Companion Bible." The Companion section of that Bible plus its 198 Appendices provides the reader a wealth of information not available to readers of other Bibles. For instance, the Companion section of Isaiah 2:12 advises that the expression "the day of the Lord" is stamped with the number "four"; for this expression occurs 16 times (4 squared) in the Old Testament and 4 times in the New Testament. Look up the Spiritual Significance for the number Four in Appendix 10. On this verse of Isaiah it advises: "the day of the Lord" is the day everything done will be to abase man and exalt Jehovah. Now it is "man's day" (1 Corinthians 4:3, see note*) when man exalts himself and bows God out of the world He has created.

If you want a Concordance you should buy Strong's Exhaustive Concordance that has Hebrew and Chaldee dictionaries for the Old Testament and a Greek dictionary for the New Testament. With this Concordance the reader is given the word(s) that appear in the original manuscripts from which all Bible translations are derived.

* You will need a copy of the Companion Bible to find out what this note tells you.
